Animal Strength Evaluation Criteria
In Raise Animals, an animal’s strength is not determined solely by rarity. We evaluate animals based on three main factors:
- Farm Income: Visitor attraction, product value, and production frequency (earning speed).
- Racing Utility: Speed, acceleration, and special skills (e.g., sprint, slowdown).
- Passive Ability: Unique farm or expedition bonuses (e.g., auto-harvest, area slowdown).
2025 Ultimate Animal Tier List
All animals are categorized into S, A, and B tiers. Each tier is explained below with representative examples.
S Tier: Top Income & Racing Powerhouses
Characteristics: Highest visitor appeal, excellent racing skills, or strong farm passive abilities.
Representative Animals (Shine Tier): Golden Lion, Ice Mammoth, Rainbow Unicorn.
Summary: The Golden Lion is currently the most sought-after animal due to its area slowdown effect in wild expeditions and high farm income.
A Tier: High-Value Core Animals
Characteristics: Slightly below S tier, usually Legendary or high-rarity animals that are relatively easy to obtain.
Representative Animals: Rare Giraffe, Volcano Dragon, Aurora Dolphin.
Summary: The Rare Giraffe is a key contributor to farm income before Shine animals are unlocked, with moderate capture difficulty and excellent value.
B Tier: Transitional or Situational Animals
Characteristics: Suitable for early-game beginners or specific racing events.
Representative Animals: Common Cow, Elite Zebra, Wild Boar, Penguin.
Summary: These animals are mostly used for feeding or selling later in the game and are not worth investing significant resources in upgrading.

- Mid Game: Once you have a Legendary Lasso, consider spending Rubies to unlock new maps (e.g., Tundra) to access higher-value animals.
Maximizing Lasso Success Rate
- Timing: Throw the lasso when the animal is briefly obstructed or slowed down.
- Distance Control: Get close to the target to reduce flight time and increase hit probability.
- Environmental Factors: Certain animals are harder to catch in water or air; wait until they are on land.
